Sister fun

Lindsey is 5 months today! We have had a fun past month, we had company come and visit. Maya's cousins came to visit and that made her week! Then we had our friends Brian J and Sarah come and visit! They where great with Maya and reminded us how much we enjoy spending time with them. They are great friends and a great support of all that we do with our lives. We had the girls pictures taken today, I was hoping I would have tons of video pictures to show you but I don't because they sucked. We were so disappointed with the photographer I will be calling tomorrow to complain to the manager. Anybody with kids especially more then one kid knows how hard it is to get them out the door and to the place and in the place without a total melt down. Not to mention we have a 45 min drive, then we get there and they are not open so we had to wait, to make a long story short we are not happy and only got two shots we somewhat liked. I can't tell you how bad we miss you Maureen! When we come and visit I am hiring you to do a photo shoot of the girls!! Let's put it this way I could have gotten better pictures if I had thrown a sheet over a chair and took it with my camera! That is all I am going to say I am now letting go of the experience and am thankful we got any shots at all. The girls are doing great Maya makes us laugh everyday with her language and asking us if that word is a naughty word. I think she asks us just so she can say the naughty word. Lindsey loves to laugh and if you blow on her neck she will snort and giggle!

My Girls

We have been doing really great! We are all healthy and happy! Lindsey is now sitting by herself and rolling like a mad women. She rolls to get around instead of crawling but she is only 4 months. She also has started to stand while hanging on to things, she supports herself we just have to make sure she doesn't fall over. Maya is doing great her language astounds us and her comprehension. She recently has taken up saying bad words and we have explained to her that those words are not to be used. This morning she came to me and tattled on herself, she said "Momma I just said a naughty word." I said, " What word?" She said "sh--" I said, "Why did you use that word?" She said "because my kitty pooped on me." I thought it was funny but she understood she should not be using that word. Well here are some pics of the girls!

Grandma made a meditation shawl for Josiah and I and Maya wanted one of her very own, so Grandma made a pink and black one for her! She loves it! Thank you Grandma!

Happy New Year 2009

We welcomed in the new year with sleep!! We all went to bed by 10:00 and it was a great way to say hi to the new year! We have been doing fine here, we are all finally getting over our sick stuff and are starting to feel better. We celebrated Christmas with Grandma Emery, Elias and Ayla on the 5th and had a good time. Our house is under construction getting new floors and some new paint. I don't know how somebody lives through a whole remodel especially with kids. But our place is looking good and we are getting back in order. Josiah has been really busy at the studio and we have not seen much of him, but Seat For Your Soul is now picking up again so he will be home a little more often to watch the kids! Our girls are growing and are our constant joy! I hope every one's new year was great and I wish everyone good things in 2009!

Merry Christmas 2008

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season! We had the pleasure this year of sharing our Christmas with a lot of people. We had all of my family and my Aunt, Uncle and there two kids. It was a lot of fun and the kids all played so well together. We still have Christmas with Grandma Emery to celebrate but then I think Christmas is over! We have been fighting sickness in our house for the last month, from what I hear so has everyone else. The girls are doing great, Lindsey is now rolling over and is working on getting arm strength to crawl. She so wants to keep up with her sister and is doing anything she can to get moving. We enjoyed all the holidays and are hoping we all feel better soon. I hope you enjoy all the video and pictures, it is a lot again.
